Unseeing Dark Love (NSFW)

Unseeing Dark Love by Robert Coppa

Here are some more images from the shoot I did with Anoush at the start of 2012. I asked the FB community to supply some Dark Love poems to go with the images. I was expected one or two but was overwhelmed with the number of entries I received. Needless to say to pick only 4 was extremely difficult. But i picked the ones that most resonated with my vision on the images. I wish I were able to display these images directly on FB, but unfortunately I have some ‘friends’ that take pleasure in reporting anything that is mildly risque 🙁

Enjoy
Robert 🙂

A whisper of light that lingers on my skin
Penetrating layers I hold within
A tear that forms, a prayer that pleas
A touch that mars my flesh it brings
A memory so soft my heart it breaks
As darkness descends my soul it takes
And as I twirl I see your face
My love with me in my embrace…

Unseen Dark Love

“THE AGONY OF INFIDELITY.

The avalanche of his rock wind deception
Freeze framed her mute love in fears
Abstract in moon craters of disaffection
Vaporizing her acid tears.

Handcuffed now to pillars of uncertainty
Her agony, a blinded nude symphony
Echoing a forlorn cacophony
Of a conjoined love now fractured incredulously.”

The Agony of Infidelity by Robert Coppa

In that semblance of Eden
too easily duped by
the love beads and bangles,
stunned by
the earth scent of patchouli–
the jewelled promises
slicing open the heart.

Semblance of Eden by Robert Coppa

Semblance of Eden

You move with limbs of snake,
Mind of ice, heart of coal,
Hurl hooks from your tongue;
You burn me with your eyes;

You destroy what bores you,
And leave a cloying perfume–
A scent of death in the air–
Still I crouch at your feet.
